If you’d like to play exclusively with your own group, simply reserve a table or book a private room. Our new system makes it faster and easier to secure your spot.

⚠️ Please note: Reservations must be paid at the time of booking.
Payment: Table & Room reservations must be paid at the time of booking. Unpaid reservations will be automatically canceled after 15 minutes.
Responsibility: The person who makes the reservation is responsible for any fees and must be present at the time of play.
Arrival: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early. Reservations begin and end according to the time slot booked to allow for cleaning and setup. Late arrivals will not extend reservation time.
Changes:
(a) Reservations start promptly at the scheduled time. If you are late, the session cannot be extended.
(b) If you need to postpone, email info.hayward@pong-planet.com as soon as possible. We will do our best to adjust your time if no other reservations follow, but changes are not guaranteed.
Recurring Bookings: Reservations may be made on a recurring basis, up to one month at a time.
Usage: Reservations are for gameplay only and may not be used for private lessons.
Entry: Only paid players are permitted in the gym—no exceptions.
