League Format
Players are grouped by rating — the top four form Group 1, the next four Group 2, and so on. If total entries aren’t divisible by four, group sizes may be adjusted.
Each player competes against everyone in their group, aiming to win the group and raise their league rating. Matches are typically best of 5 games to 11, depending on group size and time.
Online Registration Cutoff: Saturday 2:30 PM / Sunday 12:00 PM
Walk-In Cutoff: Saturday 4:00 PM / Sunday 1:30 PM — no exceptions. Walk-in fee: $15.
Instructions to register:
If you use a computer, here is the direct LINK to sign up. Select the date then click “Book Now!”, log into your account or click sign up to create one, after login don’t forget to pay and complete the process.
If you use an iPhone, go to App Store, search “WellnessLiving Achieve” and download the APP, after login,  select “League Play” then choose the correct date and click “Book”, don’t forget to pay and complete the process. If you use an Android Phone, use the similar process to iPhone.

Group Placement: Due to limited space, walk-in players may not be placed in their preferred level group.

Registration Cutoff: The online registration cutoff time is set late to give you maximum flexibility to sign up or make changes. Please note that late cancellations after the cutoff time will be charged in full. Walk-in fee: $15.

No-Show Policy: If you cannot attend, please notify us before the registration cutoff time. Players who do not show up without prior notice may lose eligibility to participate in the following week’s league.
League Ratings
At the start of the league, players will start out with either USATT ratings (http://www.usatt.org/ratings/ratingsprocess.html) or estimated ratings. League ratings will change in the same way that USATT ratings change, using the same rating chart. Ratings will be calculated online when results are input by the League Director. Unrated players will be given an estimated rating. (These ratings may be adjusted later as more info is available).

Join our new Friendly Match Play Group, held alongside our Saturday/Sunday Round Robin League at PongPlanet Hayward!
This group is non-USATT-sanctioned, perfect for players who want to experience match play without ratings pressure. You’ll still enjoy structured round-robin matches, friendly competition, and a great social atmosphere.

Fee: Same pricing and rules as the regular Round Robin League
