ENTRY DEADLINE: All entries must be RECEIVED BY April 6, 2023. Late entries may or may not be accepted
with a $15 late fee. No refund after the deadline. No entry will be accepted without an entry form (online or mailed) and payment.
ELIGIBILITY: A 3-star USATT sanctioned tournament. Proof of USATT membership required for all events. Rating will be processed through USATT.

FORMAT: Singles events will start with a 3-way or 4-way preliminary round robin (RR) followed by a single elimination (SE) main draw. One or two players will advance from the preliminary RR depending on the number of entrants. Format subject to change based on actual number of players.
EQUIPMENT: White Butterfly 3-Star Ball R40+ will be used. ITTF Approved Butterfly tables will be used. ITTF approved red rubber floor mat on all courts.

ENTRY FEE: $35 per event


v All USATT regulations, including equipment, conduct, dress, and language, apply.
v All matches are best of 5 games to 11 points except semifinals and final of the Open Singles, which are best of 7 to 11. v It is recommended that players bring two legal rackets and two distinctively colored shirts.
v Players must arrive at least 30 minutes before the event starting time.
v Ratings as of March 10, 2023 on the USATT website will be used to establish eligibility. The most recent rating will be

used for seeding. Estimated ratings for new players may be accepted from USATT certified coaches or the tournament director for seeding purpose. Un-rated players may or may not advance from the RR’s in the rating events at tournament referee’s discretion.

v Juniors for age events must be under 12 years old on January 1, 2023.
v All decisions made by tournament referee or director will be final.
v Prize(s) may be forfeited if the match is not played unless approved by the tournament director.
v Events may be canceled or combined if needed. In the event of cancelation, fees will be refunded.
